At the NAP Training Workshop in Wichita Dr. Robert Fetsch, Project Director and National AgrAbility Evaluation Committee chair, presented the latest empirical findings on "Evaluating the Impact of Direct Client Service" along with Ron Schuler, Mary Beck, Kirk Ballin, Sheila Simmons, Mary Little, and Vince Luke. He also led discussions of program effectiveness surveys and how other SRAPs can get involved in collecting empirical data about how AgrAbility services affect clients' quality of life.

Mini-grants awarded by National Easter Seals & Sodexo were used to provide AT for 2 families. Sodexo representatives who'd read our applications and follow-up were moved to ask if they could come out and visit the recipients in person to document their story and help encourage even more support for AgrAbility within the Sodexo organization.

An occupational therapist from Oregon, which is a state without an AgrAbility project, contacted Colorado AgrAbility this fall after having attended our annual OT/PT workshop last summer. She asked for their help in developing recommendations for Oregon Division of Voc. Rehab on behalf of a farmer she was working with who has an upper-limb amputation. Colorado AgrAbility consulted with her in developing her report and AT suggestions for the farmer's DVR counselor.
