February and March events attended:
February 12 – 14, American Farmers and Ranchers 104th State Convention and Trade Show, Oklahoma City
February 15, Central Technical College Community Career Fair, Drumright – the career fair is a very extensive community outreach event and annually draws hundreds of people. Several hundred persons passed through the Oklahoma AgrAbility booth on that day.
March 9, AgrAbility Day at the Capitol, Oklahoma City
March 11 & 19, Alan Ware, Outreach Specialist for the Oklahoma Ag Mediation Program met with OCES educators from the southeast region and the northeast region. He provided information about the Oklahoma Agriculture Mediation Program and the Oklahoma AgrAbility Project. Alan answered questions concerning both programs and provided brochures for each county office at the conclusion of the program.
March 20, Oklahoma State University Day at the Oklahoma Youth Expo, Oklahoma City – 90 participants in a youth activity in addition to those who stopped by the booth to learn about Oklahoma AgrAbility
