AgrAbility Assessment Training
AgrAbility of Wisconsin is planning an AgrAbility ag assessment training for June 1-3, 2009 in Madison, WI.  The training will begin at 5pm on June 1st and end around noon on June 3rd. The training includes classroom instruction plus a farm visit. Paul Leverenz, Easter Seals Project Director of AgrAbility of Wisconsin (AAW) and AAW staff will describe AAW's assessment process. Training topics include; case management, conducting an assessment, partnering with WI Vocational Rehabilitation, evaluation, and writing an assessment report with workplace accommodation recommendations. The National AgrAbility Project at Purdue will provide updates on NAP activities.

The cost of the training, lodging for up to 15 participants and meals during the training will be covered using carry-over funds from the previous national project. You will be responsible for your travel to Madison, WI and around the city as well as your evening meals.

If you have need of accessible lodging, please mention that when you call so we can assure the best accommodation.
