The Indiana AgrAbility Project/Breaking New Ground Outreach Program recently conducted trainings at three of the twenty-five Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services regional offices. The sessions include information on the history of BNG and AgrAbility, services offered to VR, other services offered to the public, and examples of assistive technology used by farmers and ranchers with disabilities. Future VR training sessions are scheduled for almost all the Indiana VR regional offices.

In October and November, The Arthritis Foundation- Indiana Chapter took health displays to the following locations: Dinky's Amish Auction (Montgomery, Indiana), the Indiana Rural Health Association’s Rural Health Clinic Workshop (Columbus, Indiana), the Indiana Collaborative Conference on Aging, and the Indiana Farm Bureau State Convention, in partnership with Purdue University’s Breaking New Ground Resource Center (Fort Wayne, Indiana). Amber Wolfe staffed each of these events.
