Oklahoma AgrAbility Program Manager, Sandra Stevenson, trained new counselors at the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services Academy on November 18, 2009. “Training new field staff is always exciting, especially when they are not aware of everything AgrAbility can offer,” said Stevenson.
Participants received information about farm culture, how to assist farmers and ranchers in meeting their employment goals, assistive technology, and services that the AgrAbility Project can provide.
Oklahoma AgrAbility student staff member receives national award. Kylee Willard, Oklahoma AgrAbility student communications and outreach assistant, was recognized as an All American for Intercollegiate Livestock Judging at the North American Livestock Exposition in Louisville, KY.
