Caring for Caregivers: Tools for Caregivers in Rural Areas was presented at the Summer Institute on Aging on June 9th in Morgantown. This conference was attended by health care providers, social service providers, and professionals who work with seniors. The presentation focused on what caregivers can do to take care of themselves while caring for others, the stresses of caregiving, and balancing farm life with existing illness or injury. Staff will present this workshop again at the National Rural Social Work Caucus in Presque Isle, Maine on July 17th.
