Colorado AgrAbility Project staff was invited to present at the annual Rocky Mountain Farmers Union (RMFU) County Officers’ Meeting. RMFU Executive Vice President Leland Swenson included AgrAbility on the agenda as an “Idea for Community Meetings” available to the local Farmers Union Chapters. The RMFU covers the states of Wyoming, New Mexico, and Colorado, so contact information for Wyoming AgrAbility and NAP was shared with the audience in addition to a profile of the Colorado project.

The first two days of the CO Agrability annual series of Winter Workshops were held for farm/ranch families and local health and vocational professionals. This year’s featured topic is “Tractor Access and Comfortable Operation.” A new addition to the workshops is participation by local representatives from the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Colorado Farm Service Agency.
