Oklahoma AgrAbility was granted $12,000 to do an initial needs assessment to gather data to help further determine the status and impact of disability on farmers, ranchers and families.

Oklahoma AgrAbility also has the opportunity to do a longitudinal (5 years) study of aging agricultural families through the same funding stream: NIH/NIOSH/Southwest Center for Ag Health, Injury Prevention and Education to start September 2011.
