Ohio AgrAbility has just released nine new AgrAbility fact sheets. The fact sheets can be accessed at the Ohio AgrAbility website: http://agrability.osu.edu/factsheets.html. Many of these topics were selected because of requests from AgrAbility clients seeking information specific to their disability. The fact sheets are the first in a series, and Ohio AgrAbility will release more later this year.
AgrAbility design projects at the University of Dayton’s Innovative Engineering Class were a great success. Twenty-three students in six groups completed design projects specifically to meet the needs of AgrAbility clients. Projects included a feed cart, body harness, long reach grabber, and adjustable handle multi-purpose tool. Some of these projects will potentially go through further product development in the University of Dayton’s Research and Development program.
