Registration is open for the 2011 AgrAbility National Training Workshop! Earlybird registration will be open until October 14. Reservations can be made at the Hilton Hotel and Suites in downtown Indianapolis by phone at 317-972-0660 or online on the AgrAbility NTW reservation website. If you call in your reservation, please make sure you mention that you are coming with the AgrAbility National Training Workshop so you can get the conference rate of $115 per night. Book your room by October 14 to ensure you get this rate.
If you are reserving a room at the Hilton for the 2011 AgrAbility National Training Workshop at a government rate, you cannot make your reservation online. The AgrAbility group page on the Hilton website is not set up to provide the government rate, it can only give you the conference rate of $115. To make your reservation and receive the government rate, please call the Hilton directly at 800-315-1906. Also, please send an email to Kylie Hendress to let her know that you have reserved your room at the government rate so she can make sure that it is counted with AgrAbility’s room block.
