Rod Peterson presented a program on the AgrAbility Project to the Extension boards of Kearney and Franklin counties and their spouses. The boards met for their annual dinner meeting and program, giving Rod the opportunity to reach Extension's governing bodies in the two counties.

Publicity for the upcoming Veteran Farmers Project Workshops began this month. News releases, brochures, and flyers were mailed and emailed across the state. Check the Nebraska AgrAbility website http://agrability.unl.edu for details.

Sharry Nielsen and Rod Peterson networked with two OT students who will be working with the Nebraska Project in 2012. Some AgrAbility staff members may have met Anna Lewandowski, from Creighton University in Omaha, at the NTW. She is in the planning stages of a program for her professional semester. The other student will be doing media promotion for the Nebraska project.
