A Mental Health First Aid training was  held on December 13 and 14 at the Lawrence County Public Defenders office in Bedford, IN. Linda Tarr, Indiana AgrAbility staff member with Hoosier Uplands, coordinated this training given by consultant Roberta Schweitzer. Steve Swain attended as a participant. Amber Wolfe presented a two-hour community health workshop on arthritis and the Indiana AgrAbility Project at Bend in the Woods in Logansport, IN on November 20. Amber was hosted by the Area 5 Indiana Area Agencies on Aging.

The Indiana AgrAbility Project exhibited at the 2012 Indiana-Illinois Power Machinery Show at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis December 11-13. The exhibit included an AgrAbility display, resource materials, and a John Deere tractor with a Life Essentials lift. Indiana AgrAbility also showcased the popular "Tools to Make Life Easier" display which includes an assortment of hand tools designed to aid farmers, gardeners, and others in their everyday lives.  Also in the booth space was a map of Indiana displaying farm fatalities by county from the last 30 years and a grain entrapment display with a rescue tube supplied by the Purdue Health and Safety Program.
