Nebraska

Over 100 Nebraska Farm Bureau members visited the Nebraska AgrAbility exhibit at the Farm Bureau Trade Show in December held in Kearney, NE. Focusing on preventing musculoskeletal disorders, graduate intern Anna Lewandowski and staff members Sharry Nielsen and Rod Peterson talked about NE AgrAbility and how farmers and ranchers can take preventative measures to reduce the incidences of chronic back pain, arthritis, and other chronic disorders.

The Nebraska project received a donation of $1800 from Century 21 Daly of Grand Island, Century 21 Midlands of Kearney, and Century 21 Home Team of Columbus. The donation will be used toward the AT for the temporary disabilities project started with a grant from DuPont/Pioneer in 2012.
