Save the date for the 2014 AgrAbility National Training Workshop which will be held March 31-April 3 in Lexington, Kentucky at the Hilton Lexington Downtown Hotel. AgrAbility now has 24/7 toll-free call coverage via Goodwill of the Finger Lakes. All after-hours calls are now being forwarded to the Goodwill call center in Rochester, New York, for response by the professional staff there. Staff members have been trained in providing basic AgrAbility information, and call summaries are forwarded to the NAP the next day for follow-up. The NAP toll-free line is still 800-825-4264.
