Regional AgrAbility Events are a great way to network with AgrAbility peers and other professionals that have a role in assisting our clients.

The AgrAbility Regional Training Workshop in Ft. Collins will focus on FSA farm loans, business plans for farmers, veterans and farming, niche farming-fowl, Action Trackchair, beginning farmers program, and women in ranching. A tour of CSU’s Agricultural Research Development and Education Center on day two will allow us to do some farm assessment with Steve Swain.

We have arranged for rooms to be saved at the federal per diem rate of $91 at the Ft. Collins Marriott until 8/29/14.

Chuck Baldwin has drawn up two lists of contacts for the 1994 Native American land-grant institutions, a list of the 1994's librarians, and a list of the 1994 Ag. deans, land grant directors, and/or extension directors. Any SRAP not currently in contact with the 1994(s) in their state or region is encouraged to write Chuck for the list of contacts. Further, any SRAP having good contacts at a 1994 institution is requested to forward the contact to Chuck Baldwin to help keep the lists current and useful. Contact him at:

A 2nd National Arthritis Conference is being planned and a committee has been formed. This national conference is scheduled for 2015 and more details will be forthcoming.
