Despite cold weather and snow, attendance was high at the Buffalo Bill Farm and Ranch Show in North Platte, February 4-5. NE AgrAbility and the state Department of Agriculture shared exhibit space to let farmers and ranchers know more about programs available for various audiences to enhance their agriculture endeavors. Rod Peterson, rural rehab specialist, staffed the exhibit, visiting with about 100 ag producers.

Women in Agriculture celebrated 30 years as Nebraska's premier educational event for female ag producers and cooperators. Sharry Nielsen, Nebraska Extension, staffed an exhibit about AgrAbility and preventing back pain/injury. Over 400 people registered for the event, learning about all aspects of agriculture, including advocacy, succession planning, ag literacy, health issues, risk management and more. The event also included a look at the last 30 years as participants celebrated the anniversary.
