Chuck Baldwin, Dr. Fletcher Barber, Dr. Bill FieldThe North Carolina AgrAbility Partnership (NCAP) sent two representatives to the 1890s AgrAbility workshop at Tuskegee University October 7-8, Drs. Fletcher Barber and Paula Faulkner, both from NC A&T State University. Dr. Barber serves as NCAP project director as well as regional program supervisor for the NC A&T Cooperative Extension Program. Dr. Faulkner, associate professor of agricultural education, has more than ten years of experience working with AgrAbility, starting during her doctoral research at Pennsylvania State University.


NC AgrAbility at NC State FairThe North Carolina AgrAbility Partnership (NCAP) participated in the North Carolina State Fair in Raleigh October 16-26. The NCAP was part of the "Agriculture Today" exhibit which also featured the North Carolina Agromedicine Institute, Certified Safe Farm Program, Fit to Farm, and the AgriSafe Network. Volunteers were on hand throughout the day to answer questions and assist the more than 3,500 visitors coming through the exhibit. The NCAP ergonomic gardening tool display proved to attract the most visitors to the NCAP exhibit.
