Staff attended the Women's Leadership Conference at the Mexican Consulate in Sacramento, CA, on January 16. Approximately 250 female leaders came together to celebrate their contributions to the community. The conference discussed topics of health, legality, and advocacy important to Latino communities.
Members of CalAgrAbility attended the webinar, Increasing the Use of Hearing Protection Among Farmers, presented by Marjorie McCullagh from the University of Michigan, School of Nursing, on January 20. The webinar discussed the absence of hearing protection in agriculture and other dangerous occupations.
