Maine AgrAbility had a table and display at the Sixth Annual Maine Military and Community Network Conference, Fort Maine: Beyond the Base. The conference provided military veterans educational and networking opportunities, and workshops on behavioral health, community building, and employment successes and challenges. The opening ceremony panel consisted of state senators and military representatives.
Lani Carlson and Ellen Gibson attended the RESNA conference and the two-day Fundamentals in Assistive Technology course in Arlington, Virginia, this month. They both received a stipend to attend from the National AgrAbility Project's partner Goodwill of the Finger Lakes - THANK YOU! They also were able to spend time in the NAP booth at the RESNA conference sharing information about the AgrAbility projects across the country, and enjoyed the AgrAbility 25th celebration luncheon.
