VT AgrAbility has just returned from the third Farmer Veteran Coalition Stakeholder's Conference in Lansing, Michigan, where they had the opportunity to thank the National AgrAbility Project for partnering with APRIL, a national independent living organization. All states have an independent living center and most states have more than one - unlike Vermont that has only one. All independent living centers have a personal advocate counselor that could help a client connect with the nearest AgrAbility program to receive services.
