AgrAbility Virginia staff will continue its work with the PT and OT departments at the Murphy Deming School of Health Sciences (Mary Baldwin University) in doing research on, and development of, farm safety surveys and tools. Each semester, the AgrAbility staff works with a practicum team of 2-4 doctoral students on a topic relevant to AgrAbility interests. The fall semester team's (see photo) efforts included gathering information on farm safety programs and surveys. For the winter semester, the goal is to develop prototype survey tools for AgrAbility use with clients and at events where AgrAbility is set up with a display.
