The Colorado AgrAbility Project has been gearing up for their annual Winter Workshops. It always takes a lot of coordination between staff and statewide Extension agents. CO AgrAbility enjoys putting on these workshops as it gives time to visit much of the state and also to see agents, and clients that staff do not see regularly.

This fall will be busy for CO AgrAbility. They have a doctoral OT intern doing his level one community experience with them. He will have an opportunity to tour the new VA Medical Center SCI unit and surgical suite, as well as the Jewell Clinic Prosthetic lab.

Candy is hard at work getting ready to attend the APRIL conference as well as a USDA Conservation conference. She will be a presenter at both conferences. At APRIL she is assisting Assistive Technology Partners in a presentation on emergency preparedness for people with disabilities. At the Conservation Resources conference, she partners with one of CO AgrAbility's clients to present what AgrAbility can do for farmers with disabilities.
