AgriSafe has a new learning portal called the Learning Lab (https://learning.agrisafe.org). AgriSafe has curated learning content on several continuing education agricultural health and safety topics, as well as completing the move of the Nurse Scholar program online. Topics range from how to talk to a farmer about pain, ergonomic safety, mental health, and women’s health. Specialists from the University of Tennessee and the University of Kentucky will teach direct farm marketers, value-added agriculture entrepreneurs, and agritourism operators, about a variety of farm business management, marketing, and planning topics, in a webinar series starting in May. The free "lunch and learn" Seven Habits for Effective Farmers Webinar Series will be held the first Wednesday of each month from May through November from 11 am to noon Central/noon-1 pm Eastern time.
