Ohio AgrAbility displayed information and resources at the Columbus ADA 29th Anniversary celebration in downtown Columbus, Ohio. OAP has participated in this event for the last four years, and it is always a great opportunity for networking with other disability services providers and for sharing Ohio AgrAbility resources and information with people who may not otherwise know about AgrAbility. While at the celebration, Ohio AgrAbility was invited to exhibit at a resource fair at a local hospital for individuals who are recovering from a stroke, TBI, or other health conditions. OAP volunteers will share resources about gardening with a disability or age-related limitation.

Ohio AgrAbility staff have been busy presenting to Master Gardener volunteers across the state about gardening with arthritis and held a successful workshop in Circleville, Ohio, early in July. Workshop attendees appreciated the information and the demonstration of tools and good body mechanics.
