The Brain Injury Association of Missouri (BIA-MO) produced a Brain Injury Recovery Step-by-Step brochure featuring the Missouri AgrAbility Project as a community life resource. The intent of this resource is to provide individuals an overview of brain injury recovery stages based on the functioning level of the person injured. Distribution will be through medical, rehabilitation, veterans services, vocational, independent living, and other community-based service providers.

The Missouri AgrAbility Project was highlighted by Maureen Cunningham, BIA-MO executive director, when she met with Webster Groves-Kirkwood social workers. A highlighted topic was the upcoming BIA-MO conference on October 1 and 2 with the Missouri AgrAbility Project as the military veteran farmers track sponsor. In addition, a session on "Heroes to Hives" will be presented by Missouri AgrAbility specialists, beginning veteran farmers, and Travis Harper, MU Extension agronomy specialist.
