Utah

On April 15, AgrAbility of Utah staff attended the San Juan County Crop School Conference in Monticello, UT. Staff were able to give a short presentation, set up a display table, and pass out brochures. San Juan County in southeastern Utah includes the Navajo Indian Reservation.

Program Coordinator Randall Bagley and a current AgrAbility client, Ned Nelson, were interviewed by Tom Williams of Utah Public Radio on April 15 during their Access Utah program. Ned did a great job in explaining how AgrAbility helped him to continue to farm and the interview can be heard here.

On April 26, AgrAbility of Utah was able to virtually attend and explain AgrAbility to 30 members of the Cache Interagency Council. The mission of the Cache Interagency Council is to unite non-profits and community service organizations in sharing ideas, upcoming events, and ongoing services, thus producing a spirit of unity and cooperation among the participating organizations.
