June was a diverse month! Staffer Abbie Spackman participated in a panel discussion during the Northeast Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NEASDA). The "Feeding the Future" conference was hosted by the PA Department of Agriculture on Zoom. The session included over 70 attendees and panelists from different organizations focused on diversity in agriculture. AgrAbility PA was invited to participate by PA Secretary of Ag Russell Redding. Abbie provided an overview of AgrAbility along with the services offered to support diversity including individuals with a disability or health condition in agriculture.
AgrAbility PA participated in a variety of social media and online promotional efforts for June's Dairy Month.
