Staff were honored to host Ned Stoller of Foresight Services, LLC and Michigan AgrAbility. While on a working vacation with his family, Ned assisted the AK AgrAbility project with multiple on-site assessments, workshops, and agricultural tours. Since the Alaska project is in its first grant cycle, this visit was very helpful to the AK team as it allowed them to come alongside a seasoned AT professional who has been working with AgrAbility over 20 years. Ned participated with DeShana York in a FB Live about assistive technology and also attended a recorded radio show to promote AK AgrAbility. In addition to client assessment appointments, Ned was able to join the Alaska team in some meetings with agency partners to share lessons learned and to brainstorm ideas for some upcoming ventures. A HUGE THANK YOU to Ned (and his family) for taking the time out of his vacation, or, as he called it, "The great Alaskan Zig Zag tour" to assist our project and share his wealth of knowledge. It is so appreciated!
