On October 5, NC AgrAbility sponsored the AgrAbility 30 Years Virtual State Fair. NC AgrAbility promoted the event through Facebook and other social media with partners and collaborators across the state. It was an excellent opportunity to share and receive feedback from many farmers, staff, and stakeholders across the nation.
On October 28, NC AgrAbility Partnership presented at the NC Rehabilitation Association 65th Annual and 1st Virtual Training Conference. The session name was "Agriculture: A Critical and Vital Occupation." The webinar was attended by 161 participants who had the opportunity to learn about the main differences between farming and other occupations, solutions for farmers with disabilities, and the importance of collaborative work.
