The Logger's Voice Summer 2022 featured an article by Maine AgrAbility staff: Reducing Slips, Trips, and Falls in the Logging Industry that emphasizes reasonable precautions to avoid and eliminate potential hazards. This is part one of a two-part series on the topic. Additionally, staff worked with student loggers to develop a better understanding of ergonomics and its effect on long-term health during one day of the 2022 Mechanized Logging Operations Course's 12-week training course.
