It seems as though bees are buzzing everywhere. Now the benefit of beekeeping for income and therapy has struck in Colorado's United Veterans Coalition. The UVC began an employment resources committee a few months ago. Partnering with other state and local veteran service organizations, many Colorado vets have joined Hives for Heroes and are exploring how this niche of agriculture fits into Colorado. CAP is joining with them and moving to assist by offering education on assistive technology for beekeepers.
