Orange Kubota tractor cab with woman in drivers seat and man in open cab doorway giving instructionsTractor Safety Course - Georgia AgrAbility hosted a full day course for new and experienced farmers to learn how to safely operate a tractor. The workshop was held at the University of Georgia's Mountain Research and Education Center and Classroom with people seated at rectangular white tables listening to speaker at front with PowerPoint on screenfocused on many topics that are unique to farmers operating tractors in that region of Georgia. Participants learned in a classroom setting in the morning and were then able to apply their new safety knowledge when operating a New Holland or Kubota tractor in the afternoon.

Both AgrAbility and the Wellness Alliance are committed to supporting the health and safety of the farming community.
