The two organizations have been collaborating on their advisory boards and seek to continue serving farmers with IDD.

January 10, NC AgrAbility staff went on a farm visit to Dudley, NC, with several of the regional support programs that a farmer is working with: Black Family Land Trust, RAFI, and veteran representatives. The visit resulted in an extraordinary interest in collaborating with training service providers who are not very familiar with farming, such as NC Assistive Technology Program, NC VR counselors, and VA Veteran Readiness and Employment counselors.
