Two of the Clemson staff from the South Carolina AgrAbility project, Dr. Dale Layfield and Audie Cherry, staffed an AgrAbility awareness booth at the Farmer Veteran Coalition Symposium on February 12 in Columbia, SC. Staff member Dr. Joshua Idassi from South Carolina State University also staffed a booth at the event. One of SC AgrAbility's advisory committee members and current
president of the SC Farmer Veteran Coalition, Matt Rutter, and his wife, Kara, coordinated the meeting with nearly 100 in attendance. Among those in attendance was Jeanette Lombardo, the national Farmer Veteran Coalition executive director. Jeanette is also a member of the National AgrAbility Project advisory team.
