Eight apprentices continued regular attendance to the program, managing weeds, building infrastructure improvements, and beginning the harvest season:
- continued NMSU ICAN cooking classes every third Thursday, where apprentices are sharpening their knife skills and learning food preservation techniques
- developed a weed identification matching card game
- installed 400 row feet of perennial onions
- began intensively grazing a section of a field with 16 goats.
