Held in Grand Island, Nebraska, the event had perfect weather and large, enthusiastic crowds. The Nebraska AgrAbility booth was a success due to the passionate A person in a Trackchair talking with Dusty - Barb - & Gracie Franklin inside a large tentclients who volunteered to help spread the word about AgrAbility. Located next to the AgrAbility booth, LifeLyfts demonstrated the flatbed and tractor lift. Nebraska AgrAbility will be following up on referrals coming in from being at the show.

Occupational and physical therapists from Nebraska and South People standing outside a large farm shed listening to a man explain about his farm equipmentDakota were in attendance. The OT/PT attendees learned about programs in Nebraska and how to incorporate the farm and ranch lifestyle into their treatments. They also had the opportunity to see a Nebraska AgrAbility client's working farm. A big thanks to Chad for sharing his farm for educational purposes.

After his accident, Byron spent time at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals where he was eager to resume his active lifestyle and learn to move his body in different ways. Byron is now back at home and working with Emily Jacobson, Easterseals Nebraska AgrAbility program manager, who is helping secure assistive technology for Byron so he can continue to enjoy the activities he loves.
