Staff went to a Mechanized Logging Operations student learning site to provide an education on ergonomics and logging. Ten students and two staff participated in the education. Students learned about seating and positioning in their logging machines, using a lumbar cushion to keep their lumbar curve, and taking regular breaks to reduce compressive forces when sitting for extended periods of time.
