NMAP's non-profit partner, Mandy's Farm, held a Harvest Fest where apprentices ran a booth selling purple sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, rainbow popping corn, and daikon radishes that they grew, as well as apple butter and peach preserves that they prepared. It was very successful, and apprentices had the opportunity to see their hard work come full circle, practice customer service and sales, and speak with lots of people about the program and the NM AgrAbility Project.
