California AgrAbility's Esmeralda Mandujano recently presented at the 14th annual California Ag Labor Forum in San Luis Obispo. The forum provided resources and information to help agricultural employers and managers understand regulatory requirements. Sessions were held in English and Spanish and explored strategies and solutions to help conquer challenges facing the ag community. Esmeralda's session focused on the importance for agricultural employers to support their employees' mental health. She shared effective strategies for creating a positive workplace culture, recognizing mental health challenges, and how to prioritize mental well-being to boost productivity and job satisfaction.
