The Indiana Horticulture Conference is an annual gathering of growers, Extension staff, researchers, and supporters of the state's diverse horticultural and specialty crop industry. Ed Sheldon, Indiana AgrAbility outreach coordinator, participated in the conference and highlighted AgrAbility's services in a trade show exhibit. This year, approximately 200 people attended the conference in Danville, Indiana, to network and share strategies for success. Ed had several types of assistive technology on hand that were appropriate for the audience, including a Quick-Cut Greens Harvester, Stand-n-Plant, and various ergonomic hand tools. This event was a great opportunity to better engage with a small-in-number but vital segment of the farming industry in the state.
