This month California AgrAbility's program manager, Esmeralda Mandujano, attended the annual AgrAbility National Training Workshop. She connected with members of the agricultural community and joined colleagues to present on critical topics including stress in agricultural occupations, farmworker occupational health, and the mental health challenges faced by farmworkers in the United States.

4 women and 1 man in the center representing the Western Regional Agricultural Stress Assistance Partnership at the AgrAbility NTWDuring the "Farmworker Health 101" session, Esmeralda and NAP's Kimber Nicoletti provided insights into current farmworker stressors as well as historical context. The session was notably interactive, featuring a Jeopardy-style game that helped attendees learn about the Western Regional Agricultural Stress Assistance Partnership's baseline data, farmworker research findings, and the valuable resources offered by AgrAbility.

It was another enriching experience filled with valuable connections and insightful learning opportunities that helps strengthen community ties and expand knowledge.
