California AgrAbility Program Manager Esmeralda Mandujano recently presented to Syngenta representatives from across North America. The presentation focused on sustainability and human factors in agriculture, including labor-intensive crop production, farm stress findings, and inclusion of veterans and people with disabilities in the ag workforce. An interactive poll was proposed to engage participants in exploring solutions at scale.
