Kim also represented AgrAbility Virginia at the Agriculture, Food, and Human Values Conference in Corvallis, OR, where she led a roundtable session highlighting the program's role and its partnership with Virginia Cooperative Extension to support farmers and farm laborers in advancing health and wellness in agriculture. A key highlight from October was meeting in person with students from Mary Baldwin University's physical therapy program. This partnership will allow the students to complete their capstone project with AgrAbility Virginia, applying their expertise to support farmers with physical challenges. After learning about AgrAbility's mission, the students will conduct research and develop practical resources that will be used to assist farmers working with the program.
