In January, AgrAbility and BattleGround to Breaking Ground conducted an Introduction to Production Agriculture Boot Camp. This is designed to help participants with limited agriculture experience understand farm safety and food safety, business planning and business management, diversification and marketing strategies, financial and risk management, agriculture rehabilitation and vocational training opportunities for veterans, land management and conservation practices including natural resource management, basic vegetable and row crop production, basic livestock production, and alternative and value-added agriculture enterprises. See the TX AgrAbility event page for upcoming trainings. https://txagrability.tamu.edu/events/
